 InterCon has been a pioneer in establishing the federally mandated Operator Qualfiication program governing our industry's transmission and distribution line safety and quality. A benefit of our location is the large pool of experienced utility personnel willing to work together and combine their resources. InterCon is able to draw from that pool in order to administer our program, which has been acknowledged as an industry ideal. InterCon also benefits by recruiting knowledgeable personnel - both from the utility side and construction side - to train our employees in the proper procedures. Our employees are tested as required, and accurate, up-to-date records are kept and produced at our customer's request.
