Management Team

President

Anna Hillebrandt has been part of the InterCon team since graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in Business Management.  In October of 2011, Anna, along with three other investors, acquired InterCon Construction and returned the company to a privately held, women-owned business.

Through Anna’s leadership, InterCon has grown and expanded its services and service territory. The expansion included overhead electric distribution and outside plant design, while continuing to provide quality distribution and transmission gas pipeline construction, underground electric transmission construction and large-diameter, long length directional drilling. Anna is a board member of Junior Achievements.

Vice President/CFO

Jamie De Bruin has been with InterCon since 1993. He began his career as an intern while earning a degree in accounting. Upon graduation, Jamie was hired as a staff accountant. As InterCon grew so did his role, leading to becoming Controller in 1997 and Vice President in 2003.

During Jamie’s career with InterCon the company has evolved from a $10M utility construction company to a successful energy services firm. In his role as Vice President/Treasurer, Jamie provides solid financial leadership and direction for business expansion.

Vice President

Jeff Hillebrandt has been an employee of InterCon Construction since 1984. Over a 30 year period, Jeff progressed in the organization from a welder and foreman to Vice President who works with the executive management team in overseeing all aspects of the company’s business.

Jeff has been instrumental in strengthening the culture of InterCon to a safety-first organization which has resulted in being recognized with an industry safety award.

Vice President – Operations

Chris Wozniak holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from University of Wisconsin, La Crosse and has worked at InterCon since 1999.  As an important contributor to the organization; Chris has held several positions within InterCon making a substantial contribution to the continued operation and growth of the company. In 2006 it was evident that Chris’s ability to excel in customer retention and his desire to consistently and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction, Chris was promoted to VP, Operations. Chris plays a key role in setting the strategic direction of InterCon Construction.

Vice President – Pipeline Division

Nick Gretzinger joined InterCon as a laborer in 1998 while attending the University of Wisconsin, and earning his BBA in Finance, Investment and Banking. During his career, Nick has progressed from laborer foreman to a project manager, to his current position of Vice President of the Pipeline Division.

InterCon’s Pipeline Division has grown significantly under Nick’s leadership. During this time, InterCon has progressed from performing small diameter, short line work on midstream and distribution systems, to completing facilities work on major mainlines throughout the U.S.

Controller

Kelli Clark has been with InterCon since 2000. Kelli graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting & Finance and she is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kelli has more than 15 years of accounting experience in both privately owned and publicly traded companies. In 2007, Kelli led the implementation of the supplier diversity initiative and is responsible for reporting quarterly spend to customers and representing InterCon at annual customer sponsored symposiums.
